Truxillo Washateria has been serving the Third Ward community for over 50 years.  There have been many owners throughout the years and in 2009 my husband and I decided to become the new owners.  We noticed that the laundromat had been deferred and was neglecting the community that it served.  We also looked at the other laundromats in the nearby area and realize that they were also neglecting their customers by not keeping their store clean, machines working, providing proper amenities such as TV’s, security cameras, air conditioner, clean restrooms, laundry baskets and more.  After careful consideration we believed that the Third Ward community deserved better so we rolled up our sleeves and took on the challenge of sprucing up the place. Our goal was simple,to provide a CLEAN, SAFE, RESPECTABLE AND COMFORTABLE environment to do laundry.  We wanted to create something that our customers would be proud of and continue to patronize.  Everytime a customer compliments our store we know that we made the right decision and we will continue to work hard at exceeding our customer’s expectations. We care a great deal about our customers and if there’s anything we can do to improve, then we want to hear from you!
